These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Start2Finish, also referred to as S2F (the "Service"). By taking the quiz, creating an account, or booking a session, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service. Need help instead? Start2Finish is a women's personal transformation platform covering nutrition & fitness, modeling & competition prep, and confidence/dating/mindset coaching. It includes a quiz-based archetype assessment, an AI Coach ("Queen"), a nutrition tracker, community features, 1:1 coaching bookings, and admin-led communications.
Start2Finish is not a licensed medical provider, registered dietitian, therapist, or financial advisor. Nutrition tracking, AI Coach suggestions, and pillar guidance are for general informational and motivational purposes only, and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified doctor, dietitian, or mental health professional. Talk to a licensed professional before making significant changes to your diet, exercise, or health routine.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Start2Finish. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement.
When you take the pillar/archetype quiz, we store your answers and the resulting archetype and pillar recommendation to personalize your experience and, if you provide your email, to follow up about membership. You can request this data be deleted at any time (see our Privacy Policy).
Community posts, comments, and direct messages you send are visible to other members according to the feature's design (community posts are visible to the community; direct messages are visible to the recipient). You're responsible for what you post and message. We may remove content that violates these Terms or is reported as abusive.
If you book a 1:1 coaching session, you agree to attend at the scheduled time or reschedule/cancel with reasonable notice. Paid sessions are processed through our payment processor (Stripe); refund eligibility depends on your membership tier and cancellation timing, as described at booking.
Start2Finish offers Pink, Gold, and Platinum membership tiers, described on our Pricing page. Paid memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, as selected) through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and we don't provide partial refunds for unused time within a period.

You own the nutrition logs, journal-style entries, community posts, and profile content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The AI Coach ("Queen") is generated by a large language model and, like any AI system, can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. It is not a substitute for a licensed dietitian, trainer, or therapist — verify important nutrition, fitness, or mental health guidance with a qualified professional.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any calorie, macro, or progress calculation will be accurate or complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Start2Finish and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including health outcomes, arising from your use of the Service.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
